Serenitree Community | Women’s Wellness Iftar

In celebration of international women’s day & ramadan

Date & Time: Monday 9th March, 6:00pm

As part of our ongoing Serenitree Community series, we gather for a thoughtfully curated Wellness Iftar at Comptoir 102 Café, an evening rooted in mindful eating, women’s health, and meaningful connection during the sacred month of Ramadan.

This is not just an iftar. It is a space to pause, reflect, nourish, and learn together.

Held in celebration of International Women’s Day, the evening honors women through education, conversation, care, and community.


A healthy, intentionally designed Ramadan menu will be paired with guided wellness insights throughout the evening, exploring:

  • How to fast mindfully and break your fast with balance

  • The relationship between Ramadan fasting and intermittent fasting

  • Nutritional and hormonal considerations for women during fasting

  • Supporting energy, digestion, and blood sugar regulation

  • Creating sustainable habits beyond Ramadan

In addition, Yunited Beauty will join us for a short talk on beauty from the outside — complementing our internal nourishment theme and exploring the connection between outer radiance and inner wellbeing.

This is a holistic conversation — inside and out.

Our Menu

  • FIRST COURSE

    Mushroom soup with parsley and thyme cooked in almond milk

  • SECOND COURSE

    Raita made with yogurt, cucumber, fresh mint, caramelized onions, chopped dates and raisins

  • THIRD COURSE

    A choice between the organic chicken briyani with a healthy twist or wild caught baked salmon.

  • Dessert

    Freshly baked cake made with almond flour, fresh figs, coconut oil, coconut sugar and eggs - served with homemade cashew vanilla sauce.

    A fresh blend of pineapple, green apple, cucumber, ginger, basil.
