3. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers.

  • Refund policies vary by experience and will be clearly communicated upon booking. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable.

  • In the case of cancellation by Ef Zin (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future experience.

4. Health & Well-Being

  • Some experiences may involve physical activity, dietary components, or wellness practices. By participating, you acknowledge that you are in appropriate health to do so and accept full responsibility for your participation.

  • It is your responsibility to inform Ef Zin of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions prior to attending an experience.

  • Ef Zin is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages incurred during or after participation in its offerings.

5. Travel & Accommodation (for Retreats)

  • Participants are responsible for arranging and funding their own travel unless otherwise specified.

  • Ef Zin is not responsible for travel disruptions, visa requirements, or missed experiences due to personal travel issues.

  • If accommodation is included in the retreat package, full details will be provided at the time of booking.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content shared during experiences—including materials, guides, recordings, and exercises—is the intellectual property of Ef Zin or its collaborators.

  • These materials may not be distributed, copied, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Collaborations

  • If you are engaging with Ef Zin as a venue partner, brand collaborator, or wellness facilitator, a separate agreement will govern the terms of that collaboration.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide enriching, high-quality experiences, Ef Zin makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ef Zin is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use of this website or participation in any of our offerings.
