EF ZIN WELLNESS RETREAT – LIABILITY WAIVER & MEDIA RELEASE
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I, the undersigned, voluntarily choose to participate in an Ef Zin Experience, hosted by Ef Zin. I understand the retreat includes, but is not limited to:
● Movement sessions (e.g., yoga, Pilates, fitness, lagree)
● Workshops on wellness, mindfulness, and emotional health
● Use of indoor and outdoor facilities (e.g., pools, fitness areas, walkways, stairs)
I acknowledge that these activities may involve inherent physical and emotional risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, falls, dehydration, and allergic reactions. I affirm that I am solely responsible for assessing my physical and mental fitness to participate. I voluntarily assume all risks and agree that Ef Zin and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
2. MEDICAL DISCLOSURE & HEALTH RESPONSIBILITY
I understand that facilitators are not licensed medical professionals and that any guidance provided is not a substitute for medical advice. I am responsible for carrying sufficient travel and health insurance for the retreat duration.
3. EMERGENCY MEDICAL CONSENT
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Ef Zin staff to obtain and administer appropriate medical treatment on my behalf, including transportation or hospitalization if necessary. I accept full financial responsibility for any resulting medical expenses.
4. PROPERTY USE & CONDUCT
I understand the retreat takes place at a third-party accommodation and that use of amenities (e.g., pools, hot tubs, fitness areas) is at my own risk. I agree to:
● Treat all facilities and equipment with care
● Respect local laws and customs
● Show respect toward all staff, facilitators, hosts, and fellow participants
● Accept financial responsibility for any damage I cause to the venue or property
Ef Zin reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful, without refund.
5. TAVEL
I understand that travel to and from a retreat is my responsibility, including securing valid travel documents and arranging flights. I agree to provide Ef Zin with my complete travel details in advance and understand that local transfers can be arranged for an additional cost, upon request.
6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Ef Zin, its founders, team, facilitators, hosts, venue partners, and collaborators from all liability, claims, demands, or actions arising out of or related to my participation in the retreat, including injury, illness, theft, or property loss.
7. MEDIA RELEASE
Photography and videography may occur for promotional purposes. By checking below, I indicate my preference regarding use of my image, voice, or likeness in such materials:

8. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All retreat bookings are subject to the following terms:
● Cancellations made 45 days prior to the retreat start date) may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative and processing fees.
● Cancellations made after that are non-refundable, regardless of the reason, including illness, travel disruptions, or personal emergencies.
● No refunds will be issued for early departures or missed activities during the retreat.
● Ef Zin reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of retreat fees paid (excluding travel or third-party costs).
9. FORCE MAJEURE
Ef Zin shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, border closures, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, refund or rescheduling options may be offered at Ef Zin’s discretion.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This waiver is governed by the laws of the country the experience is hosted in, and any disputes shall be resolved under that country’s jurisdiction.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver & Release of Liability.
