Day’s Agenda

  • Kick off the day with a high-intensity, feel-good team workout in nature co-lead by both the Ef Zin x Rhefuel team.

  • Cool down, reset, and challenge yourself with an optional guided ice bath session.

  • Replenish with a fresh, wholesome breakfast spread overlooking the water.

  • Your time to relax, recharge, play or explore:

    • 🏊 Infinity pool

    • 🏀 Basketball Match

    • 🎾 Tennis Match

  • Group beach hang. Swim, tan, play or nap—it’s your reset, your way.

  • We take it local with a long-table, seaside lunch at a traditional Greek taverna. Great food, great views, great company. Note this is an additional expense.

  • We wrap the day with a scenic hike, light movement, and sunset. Just the right pace to take it all in.

Where you’ll spend the day

Your home for the retreat is Villa Lyciponon — a private estate perched in the Athenian Riviera offering panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.

Inspired by a healing moment on the shores of Ithaca, Lyciponon means “that which relieves the ache of labor.” It was created to be exactly that — a place of serenity, beauty, and renewal.

    Tanya is a certified holistic health coach, yoga teacher, and wellness experiences curator. With a background in healthcare strategy and a deep passion for integrative well-being, she brings both structure and soul to every retreat she leads — blending movement, mindfulness, and Mediterranean wisdom in a way that feels both grounding and transformative.

  • Chris Soultatis

    Rhefuel Host

    Chris is the founder of Rhefuel, one of Greece’s most active and fast-growing run communities. With a passion for performance and a strong sense of community, he leads high-energy group workouts that push limits and bring people together. Chris is also a certified fitness trainer at the Four Seasons Astir Palace.
