  • Start your day with an energizing HIIT x Yoga fusion session, followed by guided cold exposure to reset your nervous system.

  • Cool down, reset, and challenge yourself with a guided ice bath session.

  • Replenish with a fresh, wholesome breakfast spread overlooking the water.

  • Explore what it really means to live well and long through our interactive session on healthspan, longevity & redefining wellness.

  • Your time to relax, recharge, play or explore with some good energy and music:

  • We take it local with a long-table, seaside lunch with great food, great views, great company.

    Tanya is a certified holistic health coach, yoga teacher, and wellness experiences curator. With a background in healthcare strategy and a deep passion for integrative well-being, she brings both structure and soul to every retreat she leads — blending movement, mindfulness, and Mediterranean wisdom in a way that feels both grounding and transformative.

  • Nikoletta Mermiga

    Private Chef

    Nikoletta will craft a vibrant, nourishing, and deeply Mediterranean culinary experience throughout the retreat. Each meal is thoughtfully designed to support wellness, blending seasonal, locally sourced ingredients with traditional Greek flavors and modern health-conscious techniques. Her approach celebrates food as both pleasure and healing — with dishes that energize the body, ground the mind, and delight the senses.
