Created exclusively for Bario Club members, and hosted by Ef Zin at the exceptional Kinsterna Luxury Hotel, this immersive wellness retreat is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with life’s essentials.

Set within a restored Byzantine estate overlooking the sea, the retreat blends mindful movement with hands-on experiences rooted in Greek culture.

You will take part in traditional bread making, honey extraction, candle crafting, and guided wine tastings, rituals that reconnect us to craft, patience, and the rhythms of nature.

    Seasonal Mediterranean cuisine prepared with ingredients sourced directly from Kinsterna’s gardens, orchards, olive groves, and vineyards. Dining includes curated meals at the hotel’s Michelin-recognized restaurants, where traditional Greek flavors are elevated through simplicity, technique, and respect for local produce.

  • Wine Tasting Experience

    A guided wine-tasting session held in Kinsterna’s cellar or terrace, featuring local and estate wines, including the historic Monemvasia–Malvasia variety. Guests learn about regional grape varieties, tasting techniques, and the cultural significance of wine in Greek tradition.

  • Traditional Bread Making

    A hands-on bread-making experience guided by local tradition. Guests learn to knead dough by hand and bake bread in Kinsterna’s historic wood-fired stone oven, reconnecting with one of the most ancient and nourishing rituals of Mediterranean life.

  • Olive Oil Soap Making

    A traditional soap-making workshop using olive oil and natural ingredients. Guests create their own handmade soap, learning about the properties of olive oil and the artisanal methods passed down through generations.

  • Honey Extraction & Beekeeping

    An immersive introduction to the world of bees and honey production. Guests observe the honey extraction process, learn about beekeeping practices, and taste fresh honey produced from Kinsterna’s own beehives.

  • Candle Curation

    A creative candle-making experience using natural beeswax sourced from the estate. Guests craft their own candle while learning about traditional methods and the calming, ritualistic role of light in Greek culture.

  • Health & Longevity Workshop

    A guided workshop exploring the foundations of health and longevity through a Mediterranean lens. Topics include lifestyle habits, nourishment, movement, and rituals that support long-term vitality and balance.
